Mark Richardson, M.A.
President - Senior Consultant

Mark Richardson is an energetic, insightful, proven and highly sought-after TALENT OPTIMIZATION consultant, speaker and up and coming author.  He has developed numerous groundbreaking Human Resource programs and models in use in many Fortune 500 companies.  He combines practiced intuition, extensive corporate experience and creativity in assisting his client in creating highly effective action plans to achieve exceptional success.  

His clients are leading corporations and corporate executives who want to strengthen their leadership effectiveness and enhance their careers.  He has been a coach and consultant for over fifteen years, assisting hundreds of managers and executives with their career development and career transition.  He is a recognized seminar facilitator, workshop leader and speaker.

Mark is currently writing his first book designed to assure a highly successful career transition campaign utilizing a proven and very much needed 7-phase, sequential step-by-step model.  Over the past decade he has contributed to leader, team, and organization improvements with firms in varied industries, for organizations that include Sara Lee, Playtex, Clariant Corporation, Coca-Cola, Hanes, Analog Devices, the Department of Commerce, Domtar, and North Carolina Baptist Hospital.

After a 12-year career with Sara Lee and with a BS in Social Science and a MA in Career Counseling, Mark went on to found and continues to oversee and serve as Senior Coach for ROI Associates, an HR firm specializing in team building, leadership development and team building.  He has been serving as adjunct professor for the Duke University Coaching Program for the past three years.

In addition, Mark helped found and develop a new business venture in 2000, Meridian Resources, where he now serves as a Senior Career Transition Counselor and Senior Success Coach.

Mark has an established reputation for his energy, enthusiasm, wisdom, creativity and driving home accountability for action.  He is the recipient of the highly coveted American Society of Training and Development’s David Campbell Creativity and Innovation Award.

Kathy Robinson
Vice-President 

Kathy Robinson is a certified and highly trained career and life coach, but began her career on a very different path. After graduating from The University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing and receiving an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University in New York City, Kathy joined Johnson & Johnson, where she worked as a marketing executive for over 17 years. As a marketing professional, she directed brand franchises in developing direct marketing strategies, and led brands and sales into innovative promotion areas critical to the company’s growth.

In this corporate environment, Kathy was first exposed to the concept of coaching, as she was coached as part of a management team and one-on-one for several years. She experienced first hand the impact coaching had on her organization as well the transformation it made in her personal life.

Kathy has since completed more than 140 hours of professional training, and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, to help clients reach their goals either in their career, time management, or balancing work and family life. Kathy brings new perspectives, energy, accountability, and possibilities into her client’s lives, and is committed and passionate to help people uncover and capitalize on their strengths and uniqueness, and produce results.



Jo Richardson
Vice President - Project Management  

Jo Richardson is a gifted, versatile and enthusiastic professional with the ablity to listen to each client and then take the necessary actions to bring about a solution in a high quality, time-sensitive basis.

Jo's varied background  includes key roles in manufacturing, printing and consulting service environments where her adaptability has been validated time and time again.

Jo currently focuses a good deal of her time and attention to high quality, time sensitive employment candidate matchmaking in collaboration with The Owens Group..

Jo has a reputation as bright, quick, personable and extremely customer responsive - one precious customer at a time.  She has strong organizational and project management skills along wtih excellent computer and internet research abilities.
