Mark Richardson is an energetic, insightful, proven and highly sought-after leadership development, team building and career transition coach and consultant. He has developed numerous groundbreaking Human Resource programs and models in use in many Fortune 500 companies. He combines practiced intuition, extensive corporate experience and creativity in assisting his client in creating highly effective action plans to achieve exceptional success.
His clients are leading corporations and corporate executives who want to strengthen their leadership effectiveness and enhance their careers. He has been a coach and consultant for over fifteen years, assisting hundreds of managers and executives with their career development and career transition. He is a recognized seminar facilitator, workshop leader and speaker.
Mark is currently writing his first book designed to assure a highly successful career transition campaign utilizing a proven and very much needed 7-phase, sequential step-by-step model. Over the past decade he has contributed to leader, team, and organization improvements with firms in varied industries for organizations that include Sara Lee, Playtex, Clariant Corporation, Coca-Cola, Hanes, Analog Devices, the Department of Commerce, Domtar, and North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
After a 12-year career with Sara Lee and with a BS in Social Science and a MA in Career Counseling, Mark went on to found and continues to oversee and serve as Senior Coach for ROI Associates, an HR firm specializing in team building, leadership development and team building. He has been serving as adjunct professor for the Duke University Coaching Program for the past three years.
In addition, Mark helped found and develop a new business venture in 2000, Meridian Resources, where he now serves as a Senior Career Transition Counselor and Senior Success Coach.
